I'm distressed again

this time it's for the Saturday workout challenge which is to make a background with gesso and distress that. I do need more practise TO DO THIS AS MINE LOOKS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN THE SAMPLES.
( oops the cat stood on the keyboard)
The background is a telephonebook page .. I love those because the lettering is so small and not manygaps in it and plenty of pages to tear..
I have also used spray webbing or whatever it's called ; boy oh boy does that make a mess. It's everywhere in spite of using a pizzabox . There 's more on the surrounding area than on the card somehow. The tap the sink, the drainingboard . but it is fun stuff

well it still looks great, even if it's different to the samples. (I thought mine hadn't quite come out like the samples either) great use of a phone book, and the webbing looks great, even if it did cause a mess!

I think your background is just beautiful - it' soft, it's subtle, I'm hoping my own attempt looks half as good!

And, looking at the pics of where you live, I'm also inspired to want to take a vacation to Scotland!

This is an absolutly great card, love it. It's no problem, when your card looks different to my examples, that's art! :-)
Have a great Sunday!
