Doors

the second challenge from the 3 Muses is doors Now I've been playing for hours in photoshop onlyto push the wrong button and loose the lot.
Yes I know, save, save , save. One day I'll learn. This is a reduced vision as I cannot be bothered to do the whole thing again.
background overlay Lisa Bowman from DigitalCraftcottage -
embroidered flowers Laura Boetto- from Digitalcraftcottage -see above
Door- Itkupilly enchanted doors
butterfly - Graphic fairy
xxxxx

Oh, what a pity you lost your first version. But this is also beautiful, and the quotation is wonderful.

What a fabulous quote you add Ellen but what a pity that you pressed on the wrong button !! That's so annoying isn't it ?
It happens to me also one time and i creamed the whole house together.
LOL.
Your entry is well done and my big aplaus for you !!
******
Do you speak DUTCH ?? That would make it a lot easyer for me to comment because I live there.

Ellen this is fabulous. I love your lady who looks so wistful and the colours you've chosen as they give your picture such atmosphere. The quote is so apt and something we should remember often. Thanks for joining in.

What a lovely entry, and I had not seen that particular Helen Keller quote before. So true!! Thanks for sharing your talent with us.

I love this quote and your entry for this theme. I have lost a few pieces with the click of a mouse myself- but as the quote says- it might lead to another, better piece. Well done!

Ziet er prachtig uit! En de quote heb ik overgeschreven voor in mijn notitieboekje met uitspraken, spreuken en gezegden.

I've always loved that quote. Despite losing the first version, the second is still lovely!

This piece is very beautiful! That is one of my favorite sayings, although I only knew the beginning part. Losing work is something that happens sometimes, especially when tired. But the next one is usually better because you put the essence back into the new piece.

Ellen - I am so grateful to you for including the full quote by Helen Keller. We always see the first few words but seldom the remainder. I love your beautiful door and the image blended in to it. It is so elegant and touching. Stunning work.

This is lovely Ellen and the Helen Keller quote is beautiful. I never knew the ending, so thank you! I have lost so many pieces too and still I get so involved in what I am doing I don't stop and save along the way! Hope you are having a wondeful week. Love, Jamie
