I've been eyeing this ArtPlay Palette called Mint Blizzard  by Anna Aspnes for ages and have now got it.
One of the challenges at Oscraps  ..in tune with Valentines Day is Love is...

since I don't do lovey dovey layouts or even take part in Valentines Day I've gone for love between siblings 

I have used Ona's Minimum Filter technique which teaches you how to change a photo into a sketched version and I love the outcome .
