Crackle

the theme for this weeks Gothic Arches is crackle. I did get the crackle paint out for this but somehow it didn't do what it was supposed to do.

So I decided to paint gesso and a layer of acrylic paint on top of that. Heated it up so it started to bubble and then pop. Over this I put a crackle stamp with gesso.

The image is from Dezinaworld printed on thick linen cardstock When I saw her ( ages ago) I thought straight away of relaxing hence the retirement bit.
